Monster Tough coatings are a high-performance single component coating, ambient air or oven curable.
Monster Tough coatings create a covalent bond to the substrate giving it an intrinsic bond to surfaces.
Monster Tough coatings are extremely tough and heat and flame resistant.
Monster Tough thin film coatings have excellent UV resistance and chemical & abrasion resistance.
Monster Tough coatings are available in most standard industry colors & optional Wet-Grip and/or fine or medium textures for added grip and harsh conditions.

Dry-to-Touch (DTT) air-cure in only 30-60 minutes.
Monster Tough ambient air coated parts can be packaged for shipment after achieving DTT, but prior to a full cure, as they will not stick or bond to the paper or plastic packaging materials and will continue to cure while packaged.
When fully cured, it is UV resistant, significantly more durable, tougher, and more chemical and wear-resistant than heat cure coatings. It will hold up to extreme heat, and will not burn off like other coatings (including as an exterior coating on suppressors).
Additional color coatings can be applied wet-on-wet, after 24 hours of achieving air cure DTT, or after 35 minutes of additional heat cure at 350° directly after completing air cure dry-to-touch.
We recommend Super Prime clear primer for the best interlocking adhesion.
Increased coverage rate will allow each ounce of coating to go much further than competitive products. For example, as per the manufacturer's recommended coverage rates, Cerakote should be applied at 2-3 mils vs. Monster Tough, which goes on between 0.4-1 mil. This is 2-3 times greater coverage.
Dramatically reduce wasted material. Unlike two-component heat-cured coating material that cannot be put back in the container if unused, our single-component Monster Tough coatings can be put back and used at a future date.
To further minimize waste, especially for small amounts of not often used colors, if stored properly, the Monster Tough has an indefinite shelf life.
